1. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges on eligible items within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • - Returned in the original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items that have been altered or damaged

3. Requesting an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@danieladeleonstore.com within 5 days* of receiving your order. Include the following information in your message:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to exchange
  • Reason for exchange

4. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item is received safely.

5. Store Credits and Online Codes

Exchanges will be issued as store credits or online codes, which can be used on future purchases. Store credits are valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

6. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will process your store credit or online code within 5 to 7 business days.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@danieladeleonstore.com with a description of the issue and any relevant photos. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange for a replacement item.
